Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 is a titanium alloy commonly used in the aerospace and medical industries due to its combination of high strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. This research aims to analyze the effect of the heat treatment process at 927°C and 482°C on the material specifications of Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5, including its mechanical and physical properties. The heat treatment process was conducted to study phase changes, hardness, and thermal stability The analysis results indicate that significant phase transformation occurs at 927°C, while improved mechanical properties, such as hardness and toughness, can be achieved at 482°C. This study provides valuable insights into the optimization of heat treatment for Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 applications across various fields. The analysis was conducted using the literature study method based on JAHM Curve Data in Ansys Granta Selector software
