This scientific writing describes the design of an Arduino Uno-based Tile Rotator. The objective of this design is to facilitate factory operations by simplifying the quality control process, specifically in inspecting tile uniformity and defects. The system consists of input, data processing, output, and power supply subsystems. The input subsystem utilizes an Ultrasonic Sensor for distance detection. The data processing subsystem employs an ATmega328 microcontroller, which functions to receive data input from the Ultrasonic Sensor. This data is processed to actuate the output subsystem, a Stepper Motor, which performs a 360º unidirectional rotation. The power supply subsystem distributes power to all integrated components.
