PERANCANGAN MATA POTONG PADA MESIN PENCACAH SAMPAH KAPASITAS 19KG/JAM DENGAN SOFTWARE SOLIDWORKS

Abstract

The Waste Shredding Machine facilitates the process of waste destruction, particularly for leaves, mineral water bottles, used oil bottles, and others, which will be used as raw materials for recycling. This Capstone Design includes: Cutting Blades in the Waste Shredding Machine, Von Mises, and Safety Factor. The cutting blades are made of alloy steel material and designed for the waste shredding machine with dimensions of Length 170 mm, Width 85 mm, Inner Diameter 50 mm, Outer Diameter 100 mm, and Thickness 20 mm. Then, simulations were conducted to obtain Von Mises values and the Safety Factor.
